Bathroom Renovation

Quick, communicative, and quality. We expected our kitchen renovation to be a bit of a nightmare, but Kyle and his whole team were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the care in helping us get what we wanted.

Shermer Construction did an excellent job remodeling our home after it flooded. Kyle remodeled our kitchen, replaced the flooring, removed the acoustic ceiling and applied new texture, painted almost the entire house, and fixed our kitchen lighting. He also provided helpful recommendations for our kitchen hood and offered excellent design advice for the kitchen island. His recommendations greatly improved the overall look and functionality of the kitchen. Kyle is honest, responsive, attentive, and committed to doing quality work. He takes pride in what he does and made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire project. He was extremely helpful during a stressful time and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Shermer Construction to anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable contractor.

Kyle has given us fair quotes and great service on each job. We have never had to worry about the details, it's always done right.

What an excellent experience! They answered the call fast and were out examining the needs just as fast! They gave a fair quote and finished the work on time! So happy with the work provided! These guys worked in 100+ degree heat to repair a leaking roof for me and they were awesome. Definitely recommend for your next project! The owner was a delight to work with

Kyle and his team are awesome. They do great work! Kyle communicated with me every step of all our projects. He got everything on time and most done earlier than promised. I will continue to use him for our future projects.

With confidence Judy and I highly recommend Kyle's Shermer Construction for your home renovations. Kyle's team renovated two bedrooms having 1987 vintage carpet and popcorn ceilings and an adjacent bathroom converting a tub into a spacious shower. Out doors Kyle scheduled the replacement of a badly root-damaged 10'x20' section of back porch concrete, the temporary movement of a heat pump compressor and installed a drip pan and drain to the nearby down spout ... and all in under three days. Kyle worked from his list made from his experiences and our enjoyable walk and talks. Kyle's team protected against foot traffic on floors and there surroundings, were on time coming in the mornings and leaving in the afternoons. Kyle and his team were very respectful with questions and kept us informed when work moved from one project another. Kyle's extra miles -- one example: When our Home Depot ran short of our floor laminate Kyle drove to Palmdale and Barstow ... leaving town at 5 AM. P. S. And all this was professionally done with Kyle's wife giving birth to a brand new baby girl ... !!

I'd recommend Kyle with Shermer Construction . I had quartz countertops w/backslash,sink and led lightning installed. He was professional, informative on the process, and quick to respond to my messages when I had questions, and easy to talk to. Would continue doing business as a returning customer in future.

Super quality work! We're very happy with the finished product.

We were so pleased with Shermer Construction. The work was extremely well done. The contractor was very reliable and honest. The work was completed quickly. We had a kitchen remodel done. It took two weeks! He was able to take our 1980 kitchen and transform it while maintaining the wood cupboard look. He was an excellent listener and was able to customize the work so that it blended with the rest of our house!
